All merchandise returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, must be scent free, with all tags attached, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and must be in original packaging. An item cannot be returned once the tag has been removed.
Items not eligible for returns:
• Personalized and custom designed items
• Final sale items
• Items with any tags removed
Returns are accepted within 7 days after date of purchase. A valid receipt is required for all returns. Refund will be received in the form of your original payment.
We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. You must initiate a return by sending us an email with Return on subject and attach a copy of your receipt. You will receive an email for further instructions on where to send returns. If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and if the item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credits are processed for the original cost of the merchandise plus tax—initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
